  • Late Fee Penalty: A non-negotiable $400.00 late fee is assessed by the state if the report is not submitted by midnight on May 1st.

  • Enter your 12-digit Florida Document Number.
  • Review and update corporate details: registered agent, officers/directors, principal address.
